Do you give warranties on repairs?
Yes – every repair comes with a 1–4 month warranty depending on the job and parts replaced. Installations carry up to 1-year labor warranty plus manufacturer parts warranty.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
Always. We only fit original or OEM-equivalent parts from trusted suppliers. We’ll show you the new part and old faulty one before and after the job.
Can I pay after the work is done?
Yes, for most jobs. You inspect the work, confirm everything is fixed, then pay by cash, mobile money, or bank transfer. No surprises.
Can you install new air conditioners or fridges?
Absolutely. We supply and install all major brands (LG, Samsung, Hisense, Bruhm, etc.) or install units you’ve already bought. We handle everything – mounting, piping, wiring, and testing.
My appliance is very old – is it worth repairing?
We’ll give you an honest opinion on site. If repair costs exceed 50–60% of a new unit, we’ll advise replacement and offer competitive prices on new appliances.
Do you fix car air conditioning?
Yes, we specialize in car AC re-gassing, leak repairs, compressor replacement, and full system servicing for all vehicle makes.
